ACCRA (Reuters) – Ghana’s Supreme Court on Wednesday dismissed two separate cases challenging the legality of one of the harshest laws against the LGBT community in Africa, paving the way for it to submitted to the president to sign into law.
In a unanimous ruling, the top court of the west Africa gold and oil exporter said the two cases were premature.
