Steven Burrell (Dubuque Co. Jail)
FARGO (KFGO) – Fargo police have made an arrest in a deadly shooting at an apartment building.
Steven Burrell, 30, of Fargo was arrested Thursday night in Dubuque, Iowa. The victim has been identified as 32-year-old Rahsaan Wilson of Fargo. Burrell was wanted in the Wednesday shooting at the Summers at Osgood Apartment complex in the 4500 block of 47th St. S.
Police Capt. Bill Ahlfeldt says Wilson died of multiple gunshot wounds. He described the men as acquaintances, but did not elaborate further on the extent of their relationship. Ahlfeldt says local law enforcement agencies assisted with the investigation as did state and federal agencies across the upper Midwest.
Police have not disclosed a possible motive in the shooting.
