GLEN ULLIN, N.D. (KFGO) – One person was killed and two others suffered injuries in a crash northeast of Glen Ullin Thursday.
The crash happened just before 6 a.m. on highway 49.
The Highway Patrol says 43-year-old Tyler Feist was driving a car with 42-year-old Christopher Noel riding along. Feist tried passing a semi in a no passing zone and his car crashed head-on into an SUV driven by 41-year-old Patricia Olaughin of Beulah.
Noel died at the scene. Feist was taken to Sanford Hospital in Bismarck by ambulance. Olaughin was flown to Sanford Hospital in Bismarck by Sanford AirMed.
The Highway Patrol says the crash, including charges against Feist, is under investigation.
