MINNEAPOLIS – A Glenwood man has been indicted on multiple counts related to the production and receipt of child sexual abuse material.
According to court documents, between approximately January 21, 2020, until June 3, 2024, Patrick Wayne Baker, 51, surreptitiously recorded six minors for the purpose of creating sexually explicit images.
The US Attorney’s Office says the indictment charges Baker with two counts of production of child pornography and three counts of receipt of child pornography. Baker made his initial appearance in U.S. District Court on November 26.
The indictment is the result of an investigation conducted by the Pope County Sheriff’s Office, the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, and the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
