FARGO (KFGO) – A shelter-in-place was issued in north Fargo Sunday morning after reports of a man terrorizing people with a gun.
Fargo Police say officers responded to the 1800 block of 3rd Street N. around 3:45 a.m. where a man allegedly threatened two people with a handgun. The victims left and officers tried making contact with the suspect.
Around 7:50 a.m., the suspect, 43-year-old Nearia Gibson of Fargo, came out of the home and was arrested for terrorizing.
Police say the investigation is ongoing and no other information is available.
A shelter in place was issued for a short time and was lifted around 7:55 a.m.
