JAMESTOWN, N.D. (KFGO) – A 16-year-old from Jamestown is being referred to juvenile court after a gun they were handling went off and sent a bullet into their upstairs neighbor’s apartment.
Jamestown Police say it happened early Tuesday morning in the 700 block of 14th Street NE.
A woman says she heard a gunshot early in the morning and found the bullet went through her floor and into the patio door. No one was hurt.
The juvenile faces charges of reckless endangerment and discharging a firearm in city limits.
