FARGO (KFGO) – A man arrested in Georgia for a Fargo homicide is in the Cass County jail.
Leo Dartoe, 34 of Fargo, is a suspect in the death of Sampson Bleh.
Dartoe was arrested by U.S. Marshals and Atlanta Police Oct. 18. He was extradited to Fargo and booked into jail Saturday night.
Bleh was shot in the chest Aug. 23 at an apartment in the 2200 block of 12th Avenue S. He died at a Fargo hospital later that day.
Booking information from the jail says Dartoe is being held for murder, unlawful possession of a firearm, and delivery of fentanyl.
Another man, Geettoe Kamara, was arrested the day of the murder for drug possession. He was later charged with accomplice to murder. Police say Kamara stole fentanyl pills from Bleh’s pockets after he was shot but while he was still alive.
