Witness video shows Olaf Jacobson wielding a knife, walking towards one of the victims
FERGUS FALLS, Minn. – Two brothers from Fergus Falls are facing felony assault with a dangerous weapon charges for an alleged attack on two victims over the weekend.
The victims told police that 46-year-old Eric Jacobson and 47-year-old Olaf Jacobson came at them Saturday with a knife as they were sitting in a pickup. The brothers reportedly grabbed a metal bat and Eric Jacobson lunged at one of the victims and continued to advance at another victim.
Officers say they had to use a Taser to arrest Olaf Jacobson because he resisted when they tried to put him in handcuffs.
Eric Jacobson was taken into custody without incident. Investigators say a knife and bat were found in their apartment.
