ST. PAUL, Minn. – Minnesota employers continue to add jobs.
Department of Employment and Economic Development Commissioner Matt Varilek says September was another strong employment month, with employers adding 6,300 new jobs.
The state saw 0.2% job growth, which is on par with the national rate, and the third month in a row of net job growth.
Minnesota gained 37,566 jobs over the year, up 1.3%, which is slightly slower than the national rate of 1.5%.
