ANDOVER, Minn. – The Anoka County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help finding a missing Twin Cities girl.
Tivona Cardenas, 16, was last seen in north Minneapolis in late September. Cardenas is Native American, 5 feet 2 inches tall, 108 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
