VINING, Minn. (KFGO) – A Vining man was airlifted to Fargo after a tractor drove over him and pinned him underneath.
The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office says it happened southeast of Vining, which is east of Fergus Falls. 76-year-old Daryl Baarsden suffered crushing injuries. He was flown to Sanford Medical Center by Life Link medical helicopter. The sheriff’s office says Baarsden was awake and alert when he was taken from the scene.
Vining Rescue, Henning police and fire and Ringdahl Ambulance assisted. The emergency call came in shortly before noon Monday.
