We need your help to find our dog, Sooter. Sooter is a small, black and white Pomeranian, weighing 22 pounds, and is about 17 months old. He is newly adopted and does not respond to his name yet. He is very skittish, scared, and likes to run, so please approach him cautiously if you see him.
