By their estimation, subscribers are currently getting the best value for movie streaming on Prime Video, where each movie title costs viewers around $1.95, whereas titles on a service like Apple TV cost its viewers $44.96.
For shows, Netflix’s output offers viewers new shows at roughly $2.21, and while every other service is under $10, Paramount+ series cost viewers ten times Netflix’s amount.
Overall, Paramount+ and Peacock have the biggest gaps in genre when it comes to shows, and Apple TV and Disney+’s movie offerings are similarly less diverse.
