FARGO (KFGO) – Police responded to a traffic crash Wednesday shortly before 9 p.m. at the intersection of 10th Street North and 2nd Avenue North in downtown Fargo.
According to police, a semi-truck was heading northbound on 10th Street when the driver attempted to make a left turn from the right lane onto 2nd Avenue when the motorcycle traveling north in the left lane of 10th Street struck the semi-trailer while it was turning.
The motorcyclist suffered serious injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
The truck driver, 49-year-old Roel Zuniga, of Hatton, North Dakota, was cited for Improper Left Turn.
