The Minnesota Crop Production Retailers (MCPR) are continuing to formalize the agenda for the organization’s 2024 Short Course and Trade Show. The annual conference returns Dec. 10-12, 2024, at the Minneapolis Hilton hotel.
Pre-registration, which includes a $50 discount, is now available online.
All programming, including the trade show and the new After Hours Casino Night, hosted by the Minnesota Certified Crop Advisors, take place at the Minneapolis Hilton.
This year’s Short Course and Trade Show features technical service training, dynamic speakers, networking opportunities and a full trade show floor.
This year’s featured speakers include:
- Janet Hou of BASF to discuss crop production and pesticide-related regulatory and stewardship issues
- Peter Mead of The Nature Conservancy
- Amy Robak, Lead Environmental Specialist, Centra Sota Cooperative
- Joshua Stamper of the Minnesota Department of Agriculture: How to Not Lose a War Against Pests
“We’re very excited about our upcoming Short Course and Trade Show,” MCPR Executive Director Lee Helgen said. “With so many variables in play throughout our industry, there’s never a better time for industry leaders to gather and discuss our challenges and opportunities – and find solutions that move us forward and protect our crop inputs.”
To reserve a room, the Minneapolis Hilton offers a special room rate of $119/night if booked before Nov. 20, 2024, or until the room block sells out – whichever comes first. Attendees can make their Hilton Minneapolis hotel reservation online or by phone at (612) 376-1000 and reference CROP.
