Gateway Auto Group to Expand Into Former Biltmore Hotel & O'Kelly's Location
FARGO (KFGO/KVRR) – Gateway Auto Group has confirmed in a social media post that it has purchased the property along Main Avenue that houses the now former Biltmore Hotel & Suites and O’Kelly’s.
The hotel and bar closed at the end of business on August 31 after being in that spot for nearly 40 years.
Employees say they were just notified of the closure last Wednesday.
The building will be razed.
Gateway says the land opens up incredible opportunities for the company to expand and they can’t wait to announce its plans for the location.
The company has four locations in the metro.
