BISMARCK, N.D. (KFGO/KVRR) — A slow moving thunderstorm that dropped between three to four inches of rain on Bismarck-Mandan caused quite a mess.
Tuesday evening, floodwaters reached the entryways of a number of businesses. Businesses had water coming in from the ground or the ceiling.
North Dakota Highway Patrol was warning drivers about avoiding water filled roads, underpasses and ramps in Bismarck saying multiple vehicles had stalled in the water.
Elsewhere there were reports of downed trees.
