GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KFGO) — Police are looking for a man on a stolen electric scooter.
The man allegedly used a bolt cutter to cut the lock on the RAD scooter at Manke Family Dentistry on South Washington just before noon.
When the thief was confronted, he threatened to hit the man with the bolt cutter if he got any closer.
The suspect then took off on the scooter.
He is described as a white male in his early to mid 30s with grey shorts, a white tank top, white tennis shoes and he was wearing headphones.
He also has a tattoo on his right arm and possibly his left arm.
