ROCHESTER, Minn. – A state lawmaker from Rochester says her home was vandalized with racist and anti-semitic graffiti over the weekend.
Democratic Representative Kim Hicks posted photos of KKK and swastikas spray painted on her shed, several political yard signs with racial slurs and hate speech, and a broken window.
her husband told police their Ring camera picked up two to three masked people on their property.
Hicks said in a statement, “we are better when we work together and our family – and our community – will not be intimidated by cowards.”
