FARGO (KFGO) – Fargo police arrested a man early Monday morning after a crash in North Fargo.
Officers were called to the 300 block of 45th Street shortly before 1 a.m. where a vehicle crashed into a guard rail. The driver, 36-year-old Peter Ochsner of Fargo, was taken into custody for DUI and duty upon striking property.
Ochsner was treated at the scene for non-life-threatening injuries and transported to the Cass County Jail.
There were no other injuries.
