MINOT, N.D. (KFGO) – A Minot man has been arrested for the murder of a man who was found in the basement of a Minot home earlier this month.
Delon Davis, 46, is accused of killing 36-year-old Mark McMillan.
McMillan was reported missing in April. He was found with a gunshot wound to the torso.
Davis is charged with murder, tampering with evidence, theft, and giving false information to law enforcement.
Davis has a long criminal history dating back to 1999 that includes drug offenses, disorderly conduct, domestic violence, driving offenses, and aggravated assault.
In February, Davis appeared in court on felony charges of animal cruelty for leaving a dog to die in a rental property, and theft for failing to return rented music equipment.
