FARGO (KFGO) – The Fargo School Board has a new president and vice president.
The board held its annual reorganization meeting Tuesday night where members elected Katie Christensen-Mineer as president and Robin Nelson as vice president.
Christensen-Mineer was elected unanimously as the only board member who sought the president position. She was elected to the board in 2022.
Nelson and Nyamal Dei were on the ballot for vice president, with Nelson winning the majority of member votes. Nelson was elected to the board in 2018 after previously serving from 2003-2016.
