FARGO (KFGO) – The man arrested for murder in connection to last week’s fatal shooting in Fargo has been charged with two counts of felon in possession of a firearm.
Amire Logan was arrested last Wednesday by Fargo Police in connection to the homicide of Zion Brooks. Brooks was shot in the face June 24. Logan was arrested and held in the Cass County Jail for murder.
Today, the Cass County State’s Attorney’s Office released a statement, saying prosecutors have reviewed available evidence but didn’t charge him with murder.
Logan will appear in court tomorrow.
