GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KFGO) — North Dakota Highway Patrol says charges are filed against the teen driver responsible for a fatal motorcycle crash.
The 17-year-old driver’s name and charges will not be released since the case will be handled in juvenile court.
35-year-old Nicholas Minske and the teen crashed after authorities say the teen failed to stop at the intersection of 32nd Avenue South and County Road 5 on June 15.

He was taken to Altru Hospital where he died from his injuries. A GoFundMe has been set up to support Minske’s family.
