
FARGO (KFGO/KVRR) – A Fargo man has been sentenced for his role in a shooting near Ed Clapp Elementary last July.
Mario Lighthall, 19, will serve two years in prison before he is eligible for probation. He pleaded guilty to aggravated assault, terrorizing and reckless endangerment all with a dangerous weapon.
Lighthall is being given credit for 260 days already served. He will have to forfeit a handgun and ammunition and have no contact with the victim.
No one was hurt in the shooting, and three others are facing charges from the incident.
