WEST FARGO (KFGO) – Two people are in jail and facing multiple charges after a pursuit in West Fargo early Monday.
West Fargo Police say it happened on Main Avenue around 12:15 a.m. when an officer tried to stop a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver fled, but the officer was able to end the pursuit by using a pit maneuver.
Toby Richardson, 34 of West Fargo, was arrested for felony possession of meth and meth paraphernalia, felony fleeing, and driving under suspension.
Stephanie Peterson, 37 who has no permanent address, was arrested for multiple drug violations.
Both are being held in the Cass County jail.
