GARRISON, N.D. (KFGO) – North Dakota Parks and Recreation announced that Fort Stevenson State Park is now home to a Guinness World Record for the most people making s’mores simultaneously.
1,150 people made the camping treat simultaneously. The previous record was 891. An official judge was on site to verify and confirm.
Fort Stevenson State Park manager Chad Trautman, said the park’s 50th anniversary is a “Significant milestone,” and this record attempt was the perfect way to make history.
