Dubuque Fighthing Saints defeated the Fargo Force Friday night 3-1 to stave off elminination. The Force lead the best of five series 2-1.

Fargo’s Reid Daavettila netted their only goal on the night in the 2nd period.
Saints goalie Kevin Reidler finished with 23 saves and the Saints were led by goals from Gavin Cornforth, Seamus Powell and Jake Sondreal.
