DILWORTH, Minn. (KFGO/KVRR)- The City of Dilworth has launched a website promoting plans for a new community center.
Dilworthontrack.com lists the City’s goals with the plan, the process for deciding what’s in the center, challenges with the previous center, and the cost for the new center.
Residents will vote on a 1/2-percent sales tax proposal in November to help with funding.
City Administrator Peyton Mastera said they want to be as transparent as they can with the plans.
“We want to provide accurate information and we want to be as open about this process to the best of our abilities in a clear and concise manner,” Mastera said.
The old center is closing in April and there will be a farewell event for the center on April 11.
