FARGO (KFGO/KVRR) – The city of Fargo and Gate City Bank announced a $2 million investment in the Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative.
The program will help provide homeowners with low-interest loans to address qualifying property repairs and improvement projects.
This includes structural corrections, energy upgrades and general property improvements.
“We are thankful for organizations like Gate City Bank for taking the initiative to partner with the City of Fargo,” City of Fargo planning director Nicole Crutchfield said.
