Judge Wade Webb
FARGO (KFGO) – Long-time Cass County District Court Judge Wade Webb of Fargo has decided that he will not be a candidate for North Dakota’s US House seat.
Webb had given the race serious consideration. He says he received strong encouragement after republican Congressman Kelly Armstrong decided to run for governor and not seek another term.
Businessman Tom Campbell, Public Service Commissioner Julie Fedorchak and former state representative Rick Becker of Bismarck are the three announced republicans for the house.
Democrat Trygve Hammer, who has run for the legislature and public service commission in the past, is also in the race.
