MINNEAPOLIS (KFGO) – Two men and a woman have been found guilty of felony child neglect and endangerment on Minnesota’s Red Lake Indian Reservation.
The U.S. Justice Department says 55-year-old Robin Roy, 29-year-old Nicole Roy, and 36-year-old Harrison Dudley, Sr. deprived the children of food, clothing, shelter, health care, or supervision between Feb. 2022 and Jan. 2023.
All three were found guilty of neglect. Nicole Roy and Dudley were found guilty of child endangerment.
A sentencing date hasn’t been set.
