THIEF RIVER FALLS, Minn. (KFGO KVRR) – Autopsies show that two people found dead in a running vehicle in Thief River Falls on Jan. 22 died of carbon monoxide poisoning.
They were 28-year-old Kenia Vasquez-Blandon and 27-year-old Alexander Gonzalez. Police say there were no indications of a crime in the deaths. Police responded after two 911 hang up calls.
Their families are asking the community for help to return their bodies to Nicaragua.
