BRECKENRIDGE, Minn. (KFGO) – Three people, including a 17-year-old boy, are in custody after several Minnesota agencies conducted a search warrant in Breckenridge related to a Mankato homicide investigation.
The City of Mankato says officers responded to a report of shots fired at a residence Thursday afternoon and found a man suffering from gunshot wounds. The man died at a hospital Friday.
Officials say the 17-year-old is believed to be the shooter and charges are pending.
The Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office will perform an autopsy and determine the victim’s identity.
Police are not looking for any other suspects.
