CROOKSTON, Minn. (KFGO) – A man from Lebanon, Tennessee died after being found unresponsive at the Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston Wednesday morning.
According to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, Matthew Bagley, 51, died at the hospital in Crookston.
Bagley was in the corrections center after being arrested for DWI in Norman County.
The University of North Dakota Medical Examiner’s office will perform an autopsy.
The Sheriff’s Office said the case is still active.
