FARGO (KFGO) – A Clitherall, Minnesota man has reached a plea agreement with the Cass County State’s Attorneys Office in a crash in June 2022 in Fargo that left one man dead.
Shandi Cordner has pleaded guilty to reckless endangerment and sentenced to three years in prison followed by two years probation. An aggravated reckless driving was dropped.
Cordner crashed into an SUV with a trailer that had pulled over on the shoulder on the I-94 exit ramp to northbound I-29.
Two men were between the SUV and the trailer when they were hit. 39-year-old Lucas Azure of Fargo later died of his injuries.
