
FINGAL, N.D. (KFGO) – A southeast North Dakota man is in the Barnes County Jail after deputies arrested him for multiple felony and misdemeanor warrants.
Le Andrew Laroque, 33, was a passenger in a vehicle that deputies began looking for after a traffic stop in West Fargo. According to the Barnes County Sheriff, during the West Fargo stop, Laroque gave officers a false name.
Barnes County deputies found the vehicle just before 2 a.m. Friday. The vehicle fled, but then parked at a farm near Fingal.
The woman driving and another man in the vehicle were detained and multiple deputies began searching the farm. After an hour of searching, Laroque was taken into custody without incident.
Laroque has warrants in Barnes and Cass Counties, as well as Fargo and West Fargo. He is also facing refusal to halt and preventing arrest.
According to the Barnes County Sheriff’s Office, other charges are possible.
