Edward Goulet (Cass Co. Jail)
FARGO (KFGO) – The Red River Valley SWAT team assisted Fargo Police in serving a search warrant in the 3400 block of 14th Ave. S early Wed. morning. The warrant was served at the Grand Inn at about 5:30.
Police say they arrested a Fargo man with several outstanding warrants after they issued multiple verbal commands for him to come out of the hotel. SWAT was requested for safety purposes. It used a flash-sound diversionary device to create a distraction.
46-year-old Edward Goulet was taken to the Cass County Jail. Goulet was arrested for felonious restraint and outstanding warrants.
