Matthew Wilkie (Cass County Jail)
FARGO (KFGO) – One person was arrested after Fargo police were called on a report of trespassers in a home in the 1000 block of 9th Avenue North.
Officers responded shortly before 1 p.m. Tuesday. Police attempted to make contact with those inside and made several verbal commands to come out.
Two people exited the house in an attempt to escape. One unidentified person fled. The other person was taken into custody.
He’s identified as Matthew Wilkie, 43, of Fargo. He was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant and booked into the Cass County Jail.
The investigation is ongoing.
