FARGO (KFGO) – The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is investigating a south Fargo shooting involving a North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation agent.
The shooting happened around 1 p.m. Tuesday in the alley of the 1400 block of 10th Avenue S. as the BCI agent was helping the Cass County Drug Task Force serve a felony warrant.
No Fargo Police officers were involved in the incident and no one was seriously hurt.
