FARGO (KFGO) – Two men have been charged in multiple North Dakota counties for crimes committed in December of 2020 and January of 2021.
Joshua McCleary, 41, is charged with 16 felonies that include criminal mischief, theft, and burglary.
Marcus Creech, 30, faces three felony charges for burglary, theft, and criminal mischief.
McCleary is in the James River Correctional Center in Jamestown. Creech is jailed in the McKenzie County Jail in Watford City.
Some of the charges surround the theft or attempted theft of cash machines in Cass, Barnes, and Lamoure counties.
In June of 2021, McCleary was one of two inmates who escaped from the Southwest Multi-County Correctional Center in Dickinson.
