SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (UND Athletics)– Treysen Eaglestaff was named Summit League Peak Performer of the Week by the Summit League office on Monday for the week of November 20-26. This award is the first weekly award for the sophomore guard.
Eaglestaff led the Fighting Hawks in points in both games at the Central Arkansas Thanksgiving Classic, scoring 23 in the win over New Orleans and 22 in the win over Eastern Michigan. He also had a great week with assists–dishing out a career high six at Pacific on Monday and also assisted on Elijah Brooks’ game-winning dunk against New Orleans on Saturday. Over the three games he averaged 17 points per game.
