LEONARD, N.D. (KFGO) – A man who had been living in a former cafe in Leonard southwest of Fargo will be allowed to stay there for now.
Cass County Sheriff Jesse Jahner said the owner of the building has agreed to let the man remain in the building. That after the man, who’d been asked to leave, refused.
Jahner said deputies responded and spoke with the man who asked that he be given more time before he moves out. The owner agreed and deputies left.
Residents living near the location had been asked to stay inside until the issue was resolved and Kindred ambulance was on standby.
