ST. PAUL, Minn. – The state Human Services Department is making it easier for childcare providers to complete licensing forms online with a new, user-friendly web platform.
Spokesperson Eric McCool said, since its Nov. 1 launch, they have seen about 45% of childcare providers access the hub, with over 50 change requests and 2,300 personnel additions.
McCool said they are in the process of transforming the hub to allow providers to apply for grants and, in April 2024, providers can apply for CCAP, the state childcare assistance program.
