GRAFTON, N.D. (KFGO KNOX) – A psychological evaluation has been ordered for a 75-year-old Pisek, North Dakota man charged with three counts of reckless endangerment.
The Walsh County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of shots fired at a rural Lankin home round 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Authorities say George Tibert fired multiple rounds at the home with a woman and two children inside. No one was injured.
Sheriff Ron Jurgens says additional charges are possible.
No bond was set during an initial court appearance Monday morning pending the completion of the evaluation. A possible motive has not been released.
