MANDAN, N.D. (KFGO) – Names have been released of a Mandan man who died after a head-on crash on Memorial Highway in Mandan Friday afternoon.
The highway patrol says the crash happened around 4. The 37-year-old man, Jesse Taylor, from Mandan, was driving his car east when the vehicle veered into the right westbound lane and crashed into a pickup driven by a Mandan woman, 56-year-old Tamara Giese.
Taylor died at Sanford in Bismarck. Giese suffered serious injuries and was taken to St. Alexius Hospital in Bismarck.
Both drivers were wearing seatbelts. The crash is under investigation.
