ST. PAUL, Minn. – A judge in has sentenced a 17-year-old boy to more than 25 years in prison for the murder of a man who tried to stop the teenager from breaking into his wife’s car.
Kle Swee pleaded guilty and his case was moved to adult court.
44-year-old Michael Brasel was shot to death last May. The Ramsey County Attorney’s Office says Swee was serving as a lookout while another man was going through the car. Brasel was shot three times by Swee.
The case against the other man, also charged with murder, has yet to be resolved.
