FARGO (KFGO) -The pedestrian struck and killed Wednesday has been identified as 68-year-old Deborah Hopper of Fargo.
The state patrol says she was crossing 13th Avenue South when she was hit by a westbound pickup driven by 63-year-old Abun Gofer, of Fargo. He was in the middle of three lanes when the collision happened.
It’s not been determined if charges will be filed against Gofer as the patrol continues its investigation.
