The world wants a quick fix and a pill. The world wants to listen to a podcast, join a gym and read a self help book. The truth is. Making life changing choices takes much more than a pill but is essentially free. You’ll save money eating less. Going for a walk just takes your time and drinking water from the tap is about the cheapest option you can find.
So why is it we pay for exercise classes and gym memberships, want to pay a personal training and are willing to pay money for pills and spcial dietary supplements?
I’ll say it over and over again. If we went on tour and advertised it we’d pack the room!
