MORA, Minn. – State Rep. Dan Wolgamott of St. Cloud is facing two misdemeanor DWI counts after he was arrested July 7 in Kanabec County in east-central Minnesota.
A trooper saw Wolgamott’s vehicle swerving after receiving a report of someone drinking in a liquor store parking lot.
Security camera footage shows him leaving a bottle shop in mora and taking a chug from a large bottle with clear liquid.
Wolgamott, in a written statement apologized, asked for forgiveness and said he’s taken steps to “ensure nothing like this ever happens again.”
